Matthew Dillon has changed the way the installer CDs are built, and mentioned an idea I support wholeheartedly: creating DragonFly CDs/DVDs that come with common software already installed. His changes don’t make that happen, but they do make the possibility easier.

Hmm, there should be polls about the DE and others. Once I have installed Xubuntu and played with Xfce a bit and the result was a good thing that could be a nice DF desktop (for in stance, the menu button had the Fred logo etc). I just cannot find the shot right now, but I’ll post if found.
