I don’t get it :(
OCD refers to obsessive-compulsive disorder, characterized by repetition of meaningless or trivial tasks. The changes he made were inserting a line feed into the function lines; a change that makes no difference to the program running but makes it more correct in terms of how the actual code would be styled.
