Where’d this 48-core system come from? Is SMP in Dragonfly up to the task yet relative to Linux, FreeBSD even for 4-core, 8-core systems?
Matt bought it off of Newegg; they were running some good deal.
I don’t understand exactly what you are asking, past that. I’d be interested to see some sort of benchmark on DragonFly for before and after marking various systems MPSAFE, if that’s where you’re going.
