I don’t think this really adds much value as both password and public key travel the same path ; generally one needs the second ID token to travel a different path, ie. SMS, email, voice call, to gain a real benefit. In the case of SSH one could disable password logins and launch a script right after the public key is accepted that sends an SMS or email with a one-time pin to the user which then must be entered to proceed.
DragonFly does fairly well in the OS test. That was rather interesting considering the small size of the development team.
