2. Then when common code is used and then updated, inform the other projects of the update common code?
Ethan Adler was I think doing work along these lines; he didn’t have a tool per se, but he had set it up so that he could compare easily between the codebases. It’s worth asking him about it – eadler on EFNet #dragonflybsd.
