I’ve tagged and built DragonFly 5.2.2. This is mostly so that our current release image includes the fixes for the LazyFP bug, CVE-2018-3665. My email to users@ has upgrade details.

Does DragonflyBSD plan to build any AR/VR functionality into any future release?

Seems to be where Windows, macOS and others are pushing into.

Augmented reality / virtual reality? DragonFly does support 3D video acceleration for Intel and some AMD video chips, which would work as a supporting element. I assume that’s the same sort of support Apple/Microsoft would provide – as an operating system vendor. AR/VR is handled more at the application level, though.
