Recover option for HAMMER2

HAMMER2 has a new ‘recover’ option, committed in two parts. There’s of course further optimization.

Looks like Hammer2 has been getting almost weekly updates on being ported to OpenBSD

that would be super! For both, OpenBSD and DragonFlyBSD.
OpenBSD would have finally super modern file system with killing features.
HAMMER2 would increase user base, more feedback, more experience.
DragonFlyBSD would receive increase interoperability
