I could use a recommendation for a good, cheap registrar to use for domain names; I use gandi and the price has been creeping up. Any suggestions?

I keep telling people to make their own websites, and it warms my heart to see I’m not alone.
Domain names: the obvious recommendations would be porkbun or namecheap IMO, however I also keep an eye on netcup’s special offers — their point is that they promise is to not raise the price indefinitely. However they just had a special on .com a few days back and it’ll probably take a while to return.
